About the university
Beihang University (北京航空航天大学, BUAA), also called Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, was founded in 1952 as China's first university of aeronautics. It is part of the 985, 211 and Double First-Class programmes and is a leader in aerospace, electronics and information technology.
